Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order or correct a detail. We will try to act before the package enters an irreversible fulfillment step.
WHAT MAY BE CHANGED
Depending on order status and stock, we may be able to update size, color, recipient name or delivery address. We cannot promise a change once the shipping label is created or the carrier has the parcel.
AFTER DISPATCH
If a package has shipped, you may need to use the eligible return process after delivery. Any statutory cancellation rights remain in force regardless of this operational limitation.
PAYMENTS AND CREDITS
If an order is successfully canceled and payment was captured, a refund will be sent to the original payment method under applicable rules. The payment provider controls when the credit appears.
