HELP US FIND YOUR ORDER
Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. If a product arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
For delivery questions, review your shipping confirmation and tracking link. For sizing questions, include the product name and measurements you are comparing. For return requests, do not send a parcel until you have received the correct return instructions.
RESPONSE EXPECTATIONS
Our proposed response target is within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Response times can be longer during peak periods; urgent changes should be requested immediately.
